Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. Specialty growers focus on bonsai, cactus and succulents, orchids or native plants, and hydroponics stores sell lights, nutrients and systems for growing indoors.

I just came from there, and the cashier I didn't catch her name. She was so nice and gave me a great conversation. Also the gentlemen that worked there today was so nice and also helpful. He answered my questions about caring for my new plant and also re potted it for me with beautiful rocks and great soil. He also watered it for me!! Such great customer service and wonderful people. Also a wide variety of great plants and everything you need to start a beautiful garden. Rising Up you have gained a new customer 😊 Thank you for the great service and wonderful 1st time experience shopping with you. Can't wait to buy my next plant baby.

Rising up garden center has the most beautiful floral decor and designs around! The prices are reasonable, and the staff are kind and helpful. I recently bought a Saint Michael garden statue that stands out from the rest of the normal lawn statues with it's vibrant colors. Today I just dropped in to purchase a cross for my grandfather's grave when the sales woman handed a blue rose just for me ! She was so kind you don't expect costumer service like that. She is absolutely wonderful. This is a must go for all your lawn, floral and gardening needs

Rising Up is our go-to place for gardening in the spring, and pine roping, greenery, bows and such at holiday time. They have an ample selection of beautiful, healthy annuals and perennials (they also have a wide selection of trees & shrubs which we have not purchased there yet) and all sizes of garden pots & more, but the real difference-maker is the people! In particular, Debbie is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable, and in fact, everyone you'll come across including the owner is so friendly and ready to lend a hand or answer multiple questions. Highly recommended!

Customer service was disappointing. I visited with my 79-year-old father, who was the one looking for professional recommendations on plant ideas, so I expected a higher level of courtesy and customer service. We were referred to the owner, who responded sarcastically rather than offering helpful guidance. That was enough for us to leave. We went to Dreyer Farms in Cranford instead and had a completely different experience….excellent customer service and helpful, respectful staff.

Really great service and selection! My friend and I came to get some bouquets for Mother’s Day, and the shorter woman with ginger hair (I believe her name is Deb) was so helpful and kind. Will definitely be coming back for all our plant and holiday needs! The flowers were beautiful.
